The Vonik™ PBX browser-based management software takes care of phone system administrator and user functions. Moves, adds and changes are accomplished quickly and easily without the need for telephone system expertise. This software covers all the functions required to provision telephones, add telephone lines, change call options, set the voicemail and manage the PBX, the telephones and the users. Enhanced call detail records are captured in the Vonik™ database. Standard reports are available at the click of a mouse so you can easily see incoming and outgoing call history by and custom reports are also available through the browser. Vonik PBX software is tightly integrated with Oracle to assure availability, outstanding reliability, enhanced reporting and advanced integration with other business applications. Oracle was chosen because it provides the fastest throughput and fully supports the ACID database standard. For most installations the Oracle Workgroup Edition is all that is required; it costs less than $800. The Oracle Enterprise Edition can be used when a very large number of users or numerous locations need to be supported. Vonik easily handles multiple PBXs on a single database or multiple companies on the same PBX.
